Service Description
THE SUGAR LOAF BENTO CAKE DECORATING WORKSHOP! Decorate your own beautiful Bento Cake in a relaxed, friendly workshop at The Sugar Loaf. We've done the hard part for you! Your cake will already be freshly baked, filled and have its first crumb coat applied, meaning you'll spend the workshop learning the fun techniques that create a professional finish. During the workshop, you will be able to: Apply the final smooth coat of buttercream Learn how to achieve a neat, even finish Colour buttercream (or choose from pre-prepared colours) Learn simple piping techniques using different nozzles Add sprinkles, fruit, bows and other decorative touches Hand-pipe a personalised message onto your cake Box your finished cake to take home Included: A pre-filled 5" vanilla sponge Bento Cake with the crumb coat already completed Buttercream and all decorating materials Cake box to safely take your cake home Tea or coffee and some of our homemade sweet treats! Workshop Length Approximately 2 hours

Cancellation Policy
This policy sets out the terms for cancelling or rescheduling bookings for workshops and events at The Sugar Loaf Business Ltd. We understand that plans can change, and our aim is to offer a fair solution while maintaining the viability of our events. Customer Cancellations - Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancelled bookings, regardless of notice given. - Transfers: Bookings are non-transferable to other people. - Rearranged Dates: If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, we will work with you to rearrange your booking for a future date of the same workshop, subject to availability. Business Cancellations If The Sugar Loaf Business Ltd must cancel a workshop for any reason (e.g., staff illness, unforeseen circumstances): - We will contact you as soon as possible. - Your booking will be moved to an alternative date for the same workshop. How to Rearrange Your Booking All rearrangement requests must be made in writing via email to hello@thesugarloaf.co.uk, quoting your booking reference.
