The Sugar Loaf Business Ltd – Booking Terms
1. General Booking Terms
By placing a booking with us (for reservations, workshops, events, or seasonal experiences), you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Payment

Full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service selected.

Payments are processed securely via our online booking or checkout system.

No booking is confirmed until payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Table Reservations & Afternoon Tea Bookings

Tables are reserved for the time stated on your booking confirmation.

We cannot guarantee specific tables or seating arrangements.

All seats must be booked; we cannot add unbooked guests, extra chairs, or prams due to layout and safety.
4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Guests must confirm at the time of booking whether they or their party members have any allergies.

For certain services (including Christmas Afternoon Tea and seasonal experiences), we cannot accommodate any dietary changes, allergies, or intolerances.

By completing the booking, you confirm that all guests comply with the stated requirements.
5. Arrival & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your booking.

If you arrive late, your allocated end time remains unchanged.

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time and have not contacted us, your booking may be treated as a no‑show.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your booking date will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person.

No-shows are fully non-refundable.

Workshop cancellations follow the same structure unless otherwise stated.
7. Changes to Bookings

Changes to dates, times, or guest numbers are subject to availability.

We may not be able to amend bookings during peak periods or seasonal events.
8. Behaviour & House Rules

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Damage to property may incur charges.
9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiry dates are stated on the voucher and cannot be extended.
10. Events & Workshops

Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Some events have limited capacity and operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

For third-party facilitators (e.g., external workshop hosts), we may need to share attendee details strictly for operational purposes.
11. Amendments to This Booking Policy
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
