2. Café Services & Products

• All food and drink items are prepared fresh on-site.

• While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee our products are completely free from allergens. Please inform a member of staff about any allergies before ordering.

• Prices are clearly displayed in-store and on our menu and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Workshop Bookings

• All workshop bookings must be made in advance via our website or in person.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Workshops are suitable for ages 12+, and under-16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

4. Cancellation Policy (Workshops)

• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If you cannot attend, we will arrange another date for the same workshop, subject to availability.

• If The Sugar Loaf Business Ltd cancels a workshop for any reason, we will contact you to rearrange for an alternative date.

5. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed against workshop bookings or in-store purchases.

• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6. Liability

• All participants in workshops attend at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during attendance.

• By participating in a workshop, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
