CANCELLATION Policy
A legal disclaimer
This policy sets out the terms for cancelling or rescheduling bookings for workshops and events at The Sugar Loaf Business Ltd.
We understand that plans can change, and our aim is to offer a fair solution while maintaining the viability of our events.
Customer Cancellations
- Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancelled bookings, regardless of notice given.
- Transfers: Bookings are non-transferable to other people.
- Rearranged Dates: If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, we will work with you to rearrange your booking for a future date of the same workshop, subject to availability.
Business Cancellations
If The Sugar Loaf Business Ltd must cancel a workshop for any reason (e.g., staff illness, unforeseen circumstances):
- We will contact you as soon as possible.
- Your booking will be moved to an alternative date for the same workshop.
How to Rearrange Your Booking
All rearrangement requests must be made in writing via email to hello@thesugarloaf.co.uk, quoting your booking reference.
